Christ is the Son of the Most High—the King who reigns forever, whose kingdom will never end.
He cannot be merely a man, for He bears the unique and holy title “Son of God,” begotten of the Father. Scripture does not leave us guessing about who He is.
So who is He? He cannot be “a god,” for the Lord Himself declares that there are no other gods besides Him. He cannot be an angel, for though He was made for a time lower than the angels, all the angels worship Him. He cannot be just another savior, because salvation belongs to God alone.
Therefore, He must be God in the flesh.
The doctrine of the Trinity is not a human invention—it is a biblical revelation. Not three gods, but one God: three divine persons, co-equal and co-eternal, sharing the same divine essence.
Whether this fully makes sense to the human mind or not, it is what the Word of God teaches. Jesus Himself said, “Unless you believe that I am He, you will die in your sins.”
This is the miracle of Christmas: God entering into His own creation, humbling Himself, taking the form of a bondservant, fulfilling the law, and becoming obedient—even unto death on a cross. And death could not hold Him. He rose on the third day, victorious, so that all who repent and turn to Him in faith may be saved.
This is our hope. This is our Savior.
Merry Christmas.

I have declared and saved, I have proclaimed, And there was no foreign god among you; Therefore you are My witnesses,” Says the Lord, “that I am God.”
