Quite simply put. I built this site so I could share the gospel with others. I am not a master theologian by any means and have a little bit of theological studies. But I don’t believe we have to be master theologians in order to understand the message of the Gospel. It is clear – Salvation is in Christ. Much of the language on this site should be easy to understand. I am no one special, I just love the Lord, and want to share my love of his Gospel with others.

We look to things in this world to fill the whole in our hearts. Things like money, material things, drugs and alcohol, sex addiction, etc. to fill that gap or emptiness inside.

The bad news is that none of us are righteous, not one. We have all sinned and fallen short. We are sinners; no matter how hard we try we cannot save ourselves. There is nothing we can do in order to merit our way into the kingdom of God. We cannot receive salvation through religious practices, lifeless repeated prayers, or just trying our best to “be a good person.” Our salvation is in Christ and Christ alone.

The good news is Jesus nailed your sins to the cross, and defeated death and hades through the resurrection. By putting your faith and trust in Jesus Christ you will receive the gift of eternal life.

Romans 10:8-15

“THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART”—that is, the word of faith which we are preaching, that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, “WHOEVER BELIEVES IN HIM WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, abounding in riches for all who call on Him; for “WHOEVER WILL CALL ON THE NAME OF THE LORD WILL BE SAVED.”

How then will they call on Him in whom they have not believed? How will they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how will they hear without a preacher? How will they preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written, “HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS OF GOOD THINGS!”

May the Holy Spirit guide me in building this site, and making it a resource for all who wish to learn more about what it truly means to be a follower of Christ. It is my hope and prayer that if even God calls out to even one person through reading this site then it would be worth more than anything I could have ever personally done in my own life.
